Refund & Exchange Policy

CHECK BEFORE RECEIVING Please inspect your package while the courier is present. You have the right to accept or refuse the delivery upon inspection.

Refunds or Exchanges (Within 5 Days) Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.

The courier will only collect the item — no money will be given at the time.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via Instapay. Shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
